Our approach

Built in, not bolted on.

Most studios treat speed, accessibility, search-readiness and ownership as four separate line items — things to add after the design is done, each for an extra fee. We treat them as one decision made at the start: build the site lean and standard, and you get all four for free, because they were never separate to begin with.

The unifying idea

The same page that loads instantly is the one a machine can read, a screen reader can navigate, and you can own.

A static, semantic HTML page is fast because there is little to load, readable because the meaning is in the markup, accessible because the elements are real, and portable because it depends on no platform. Chase any one of those and you tend to get the rest. That is the loop in our name — five concerns that turn out to be the same craft, seen from different sides.

What every site gets

Four commitments, on every build.

How we work

A short, honest process — and a clean exit if you ever want one.

  1. Discovery

We start with your business and your buyer, not a template. What does the site need to do — and how will we know it worked?

  2. Build

Hand-authored, static-first, accessible and fast from the first commit. Performance and accessibility are part of done, never a later pass.

  3. Hand over

You receive the code, the content and the keys. We document it. If you ever leave us, nothing has to be rebuilt.

  4. Support

Optional, cancel-anytime care — hosting, updates, new pages. Retention by service, never by lock-in.

Why you can trust the advice

We are a neutral arbiter.

We resell no page builder, no CMS licence, no hosting platform and no accessibility overlay. We have nothing to upsell you into, which is exactly why the recommendation you get is about your site and not our margin. When we say a tool fits your job — or does not — there is no commission riding on the answer. It is the same reason our field guides are written for the person paying for the website, not for the people who sell to them.

Build it once, build it right, and own it.
